| Dans le cadre du consortium dirigé par l’AEDES, l’ACODESS intervient sur différentes composantes de ce programme financé par l’Union Européenne, notamment la planification sanitaire, la régionalisation et l’élaboration du Schéma de l’Offre de soins de la région de l’Oriental (SROS), la rédaction des projets d’établissement des cinq hôpitaux de la région de l’Oriental et la mise en place des actions de formation continue pour les professionnels de santé marocains. |

Within the framework of the consortium steered by AEDES, ACODESS works on various components of this program financed by the European Union, notably by working together with the local partners for the drawing up of the Regional Healthcare Map (Oriental region), the writing of the strategic plan of the five hospitals of the region, and the implementation of training activities for the Moroccan health professionals.

1. Soutenir le programme de réforme du secteur de la santé et notamment ses composantes relatives au renforcement institutionnel du ministère de la Santé,
2. Mettre en place un processus de régionalisation de l'offre et de l'organisation sanitaire,
3. Développer les capacités de gestion et de planification. |

1. Support to the programme of reform of the health care system, in particular through the institutional strengthening of the Ministry of Health,
2. Implementation of a regionalization system of health care delivery and sanitary organisation,
3. Capacity building in the fields of management and planning.

| L'appui de l'assistance technique se situe à deux niveaux : |
|
The support of technical assistance is two-fold:
|
| - Au niveau central, l'assistance technique vise le renforcement institutionnel (politiques de santé, allocation des ressources, budgets régionaux, formation, évaluation des politiques et des programmes, recherche en santé publique, suivi de la réfome...). |
|
- At the central level, technical assistance aims at strengthening institutional capacities (health policies, resource allocation, regional budgets, training, evaluation of programmes and policies, follow-up of the reform...)
|
| Au niveau régional, l'assistance technique vise à soutenir les activités des responsables des Délégations provinciales dans les domaines suivants notamment : l'organisation de filières de soins, les plans stratégiques des hôpitaux ou projets d'établissement, la planification régionale, la gestion hospitalière. |
|
At the regional level, technical assistance aims at supporting the provincial Delegations's health executives in the following fields : organisation of care networks, strategic plans for hospitals, regional health planning, hospital and health care services management...

| Près d’une cinquantaine de cadres de santé marocains ont bénéficié de stages de formation professionnelle en France et dans différents pays européens (Portugal, Espagne). |
|
About fifty healthcare executives have attended professional training courses in France and in other European countries (Portugal, Spain).
|
| Ces formations ont principalement porte sur les questions de planification sanitaire (SROS), de budgétisation régionale dans le cadre de la décentralisation, de gestion des urgences hospitalières et pré-hospitalières, d’ingénierie biomédicale et de gouvernance des services de santé et des hôpitaux. |
|
These training courses concerns healthcare planning issues, regional funding and budgeting, management of emergencies, devolution, biomedical engineering, healthcare services and hospital governance.

Ce programme s’achève en 2006, avec l’organisation de deux conférences, l’une dans la région de l’Oriental (Oujda) et l’autre à Rabat.

This program will end in 2006, with the organization of two conferences, the first one in Oriental Region (Oujda) and the other one in Rabat.
