| L’ACODESS réalise en 2005-2006, une étude de programmation hospitalière portant sur un projet d’investissement de 140 millions d’Euros concernant dix huit hôpitaux publics marocains. | ACODESS is carrying out in 2005 and 2006, a feasibility study concerning hospital programming. About 18 public hospitals are involved in this 140 million Euros investment project. | |

| Le programme comporte deux phases : la première porte sur l’identification des projets retenus sur la base d’une analyse de leur pertinence et de leur cohérence sur les plans sanitaire, économique et technique. | The program is made up of two phases : the first one is related to the identification of the projects to be retained on the basis of an assessment of their relevance and coherence in regard to healthcare, technical and economical criteria. | |
| La seconde phase concerne la définition précise du contenu des projets retenus à l’issue de la phase I sur les plans architectural, les besoins en équipements, les activités de formation à prévoir (notamment sur le plan de la gouvernance hospitalière), les conditionnalités requises. |
The second phase concerns the detailed project description and content and the development of the program into a fully defined investment proposal (architectural plans and details, priorities in terms of biomedical equipment, training activities to be performed (in particular concerning hospital governance) and conditions required. | |
