Programme d’assistance technique intégré associant plusieurs volets d’intervention:

Programme description

Technical assistance focused on the development of four main sectors:

Modernisation de la gestion de l’hôpital:

Modernization of hospital management:

Gestion financière et recouvrement des coûts,

Financial management and cost recovery system,

Réorganisation du bureau des entrées,

Reorganisation of the inpatient service,

Gestion des ressources humaines,

Management of human resources,

Approvisionnements / achats, etc.

Supply of consumables.

Ingénierie hospitalière et maintenance des equipements:

Hospital engineering and maintenance of medical equipment:

Assistance technique pour la réhabilitation du bloc de chirurgie viscérale et urologique, le pavillon d’hospitalisation et pour la fourniture d’équipements médicaux,

Technical assistance on the rehabilitation of urology and visceral surgery rooms, remodelling works and procurement of biomedical equipment,

Réhabilitation de l’atelier de maintenance et mise en fonctionnement, formation des techniciens de maintenance

Refurbishing and commissioning of the maintenance department and training of technicians.

Formation des médecins et des personnels paramédicaux (stages de formation dans des hôpitaux publics français et formation in situ),

Training of clinicians and head nurses (long-term training periods in French public hospitals and on-the-job training),

Renforcement des techniques de bactériologie et gestion / réorganisation des laboratoires. Appui au programme de développement du Comité de Lutte contre les infections nosocomiales.

Strengthening of medical and biological laboratory skills; reorganisation of laboratories; support to the design of hygiene procedures.
