Commissioned by the French Ministry of Cooperation in 1991, this book was aimed at providing guidelines on twinning activities for hospital participants. This guide was published at the time when the French Parliament voted a law on international cooperation activities that could be undertaken by public hospitals (law of 31st July 1991). |
