Ce document retrace le calendrier d’exécution de l’ensemble du projet, le déroulement des différentes phases du programme de coopération, les expérimentations mises en place et les résultats obtenus. | This final report was published at the end of a cooperation programme financed by the European Union in favour of the Republic of Albania. The programme concerned the elaboration of the hospital reform for regional hospitals in Albania. This document presents the schedule of the whole programme, the progress at each step of implementation, the details and results of the experiments set up in each Albanian regional hospital for the development of hospital management. | |

| Ce rapport final montre la richesse des échanges intervenus entre les professionnels albanais et européens (français, italiens et portugais) et l’importance des documents de travail produits par les différents acteurs du programme. | The final report includes a large number of the working documents produced by the different hospital participants (from France, Italy and Portugal), as well as data exchanges between European and Albanian partners in 1997. | |
| Le rapport présente enfin les propositions et recommandations concrètes formulées par les experts européens et albanais et remises au Ministère de la Santé albanais pour entreprendre la réforme des hôpitaux régionaux. | Finally, the book presents the recommendations made jointly by European and Albanian experts for the implementation of the hospital reform. These recommendations were submitted to the Albanian Ministry of Health. |
