Il présente une analyse exhaustive et détaillée des problèmes liés à la coopération: intégration européenne, aide au développement, partenariat hospitalier, formation des médecins étrangers, exportation du savoir-faire français, organisation et financement de la coopération hospitalière. L’ouvrage se termine par trente et une recommandations destinées à promouvoir l’image de la France médicale et hospitalière dans le monde. | Commissioned in 1994 by Mr Gérard VINCENT, Director of the Department of Hospitals at the French Ministry of Health, this book is the result of a teamwork with a large range of skills. Over two hundred French and Foreign figures from the health sector and the international cooperation stage were interviewed. This book is aimed at providing hospital experts with practical and efficient guidelines for the development of international cooperation in the hospital sector. It gives a broad and detailed review of issues linked to cooperation, such as: European integration, development aid, hospital partnership, training of foreign clinicians, promotion of the French know-how, organisation and financing of hospital cooperation. Finally, the book gives thirty one recommendations for the promotion of the French know-how in the medical and hospital fields on the international scale. |
